


Sometime earlier in the year, I ran a couple of Building the Monolith cycles to put on some size. I think this was my 5th meet outside of highschool, first USAPL meet. I started taking my training more seriously and competing again three years ago. Had alot of issues to fix, needed to learn what works best for me, and learn about proper attire.

I eventually found my way to Stronglifts, then Madcow, 5/3/1 etc. I had no real concept of programming outside of what I did in highschool. After high school, I was doing squat, bench, and deadlift on the same day, three days a week for awhile. Everything was equipped and everyone pulled sumo. I first started powerlifting in high school at a whopping 165lbs.
